IT Service Management encompasses everything that an organisation's IT department is responsible for, both in house and outsourced. It requires procedures for all elements of IT operations and is frequently synonymous with ITIL, which can be used to deal with all elements of IT Service Management. We are able to produce ITIL processes for existing operations, either from scratch or by amending existing processes. We can also resource the operation of these processes where companies prefer not to carry them out in house.
