Each document scanned, or dropped into the system will be scanned using optical character recognition, which means you can take any word which is on the document and use it to search.
On top of searching for any word in the document, you can also go by store, upload date or even tags which can be added by any user.
If a search returns multiple documents, for example a client search, you can hover over each pdf and see a preview of the document to ensure it is the right one before opening.
