As an extension to this, we can also provide services that are frequently subcontracted, like structured cabling and hardware procurement. Hardware Procurement

From stand alone Windows PCs to completed networked systems, we can identify your requirements and procure hardware on your behalf, ensuring that you are getting exactly what you need for the minimum cost. We prefer to keep the costs involved entirely transparent, charging a fee for our services, and invoicing the hardware either at cost or directly. This is mainly out of a realisation that computer hardware is high value, and people expect to know where their money is going.

Networking

We can deal with all aspects of small business networking, from cabling an entire building to providing internet access and firewall hardware. We have successfully completed installations for telephone as well as data use, with over 100 separate extensions. Our knowledge of network protocols and addressing means that we can install and configure a networked system from scratch without any external assistance.

Maintenance

A well installed networked system should require little maintenance or day-to-day management. We spend a lot of time ensuring that computer systems are reliable, but also offer a repair/maintenance service to cover for the situation when things go wrong. Rather than charging an inflated annual fee that includes provision for parts etc, we can provide service for an hourly rate on a case-by-case basis.

Recovery

When a computer system goes down through hardware failure, user error or malicious damage, the most important thing is to get it up and running again in the shortest time. In these situations, we can provide a 24 hour service to resolve the problems, and our range of experience means that we will seldom need to bring in external assistance for systems recovery. When it comes to rebuilding lost data or recovering deleted files, we can quickly use the appropriate specialist software to minimise the damage to your business.
